01 —Information we collect
When you contact us through this website, by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, company, contact information, and the description of your project.
02 —How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you request. Enquiries and bookings are delivered to us by our transactional email provider and stored in our own client system; active clients also use our client portal at app.pulamedia.com, where project files, documents, and invoices are held. We keep enquiry data only as long as a conversation or engagement needs it, and invoices as long as UAE law requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver a service you asked for or where the law requires it.
03 —Analytics
We use Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation, to understand which pages help visitors and which do not. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, nothing is collected until you consent via the cookie notice; elsewhere, analytics runs by default as local law permits. You can opt out any time with Google’s browser add-on or by writing to us.
