The Commerce Build

A headless store, built to sell — live in four weeks.

The exact storefront we shipped for Axent Gifts and Nexent, now a fixed-scope build: a custom front end on a WooCommerce engine, with regional payments, a bilingual catalogue, and automated invoicing. Known scope, known timeline, known price.

Why headless — and why it matters to what you sell.

A headless store splits the shopfront from the engine. You get a front end as fast and custom as a brand site, backed by a commerce system that has run millions of stores. Here is what that buys you.

Speed shoppers feel

The storefront is a custom Next.js app, edge-cached and green on Core Web Vitals. Fast pages hold attention and convert — a slow store leaks sales you already paid to attract.

Payments the region actually uses

Cards, plus Tabby and Tamara instalments and Apple Pay where you qualify. Checkout is tuned to reduce drop-off, not just to accept a card.

Bilingual, right the first time

English and Arabic with true right-to-left, built in from the start — not a plugin bolted on. Half your market shops in Arabic; the store should feel native to them.

You own the front, keep the engine

WooCommerce stays your catalogue and order system, so your team manages products the normal way. When you grow, we extend the front end — no rebuild.

Exactly what you get.

A fixed scope, so there are no surprises on either side. This is the core build; the tiers below add brand and platform depth.

Included in every build

  • Custom headless storefront on Next.js, over your WooCommerce backend
  • Full custom design — home, catalogue, product, cart and checkout
  • Live regional payments: cards, Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay where eligible
  • Bilingual English + Arabic catalogue with full right-to-left layout
  • Order confirmation emails and branded PDF invoices on every purchase
  • Product catalogue setup for up to 50 products
  • Analytics, Meta Pixel, and product + SEO structured data
  • Green Core Web Vitals — edge-cached, incrementally rebuilt
  • Handover training and 30 days of post-launch support

Quoted separately — so the price stays honest

Not sure which fits your catalogue and payments? .

Fixed scope, or we make it right.

We agree the scope, timeline and price before a line of code — in writing. If something in the agreed build misses, we fix it. You are never billed for a moving target.

How the four weeks run.

1

Scope & payments

We lock the catalogue, the pages, and which payment methods you qualify for — then price and date it in writing.

2

Design

We design the storefront around your brand and products: home, catalogue, product, and a checkout tuned to convert.

3

Build & integrate

We build the headless front end, wire WooCommerce, connect live payments, and set up emails, invoices and analytics.

4

Launch & handover

We test end-to-end, go live, train your team, and stay on for 30 days so launch week is calm, not chaotic.

Questions, answered.

What does “headless” actually mean for me?

Your store has two parts: the shopfront customers see, and the engine that holds products and orders. Headless means we build a fast, fully custom shopfront while keeping WooCommerce as the engine — so your team manages products the normal way, and the storefront isn't limited by an off-the-shelf theme.

Do I keep WooCommerce? Can my team still manage it?

Yes. WooCommerce stays your admin for products, orders and stock — nothing changes about how your team adds a product. We only replace the customer-facing storefront with a faster, custom one.

Which payment methods can I offer?

Cards as standard, plus Tabby and Tamara instalments and Apple Pay where your business qualifies. We handle the setup and test every method before launch.

Can you migrate my existing store?

Usually yes. If you already run WooCommerce we build the new front end over it; if you are on another platform we scope the migration up front so there are no surprises.

What about products and photos?

The Storefront tier includes setting up to 50 products you supply. The Storefront + Brand tier adds a product photography shoot and a larger catalogue. Bulk data entry beyond the included range is quoted separately.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes 30 days of support so we catch anything in the settling-in period. After that we offer ongoing care plans, or you can run it yourself — you own the code and the store.
