Mobile apps

No public price

Custom System does not include mobile apps. Apps are scoped in a Blueprint first and quoted in writing. There is no public price, because the scope decides it.

Our app work

Your buyer leaves after three seconds. Here is exactly how we beat it.

We scanned ten UAE sites with Google's own tool. Four took over nine seconds to show anything. One was too slow for the tool to score at all.

The metric is Largest Contentful Paint — the moment the main thing on the page is actually visible. We hold it under 1.5 seconds on a real UAE mobile connection, measured on your live domain within 14 days of launch, median of three runs, on the home page and your main conversion page. The measurements go in your handover document, and you can repeat them yourself.

We also hold your Core Web Vitals in the green — the field data Google collects from real visitors, and the half that actually counts for ranking. What we deliberately do not promise is a number in a lab test: PageSpeed Insights simulates a slow phone on a slow network, the result moves with the machine and the run, and a studio promising you a lab second is promising something it does not control. Run it anyway, and ask us to explain any number you see. That is a conversation we are happy to have.

If we miss, we keep working unbilled until we hit it. Third-party scripts and unoptimised media added after handover are excluded — if one of those is what is slowing you down, we will tell you which, and fix it under Care.

The clock starts the working day after all five are true: payment received, intake form complete, all content delivered (text, logo files, images, team bios), domain and hosting access granted, and one named decision-maker confirmed in writing.

The clock pauses while a blocking question waits more than 24 hours, while the revision list is late past 48 hours from the preview, and for anything outside the scope. Every pause is confirmed by email the same day.

Why is the price fixed to time?

Because you are buying a date, not a negotiation. Each product has a fixed scope that fits its working days, so the price does not move with hours or meetings. Anything beyond that scope has a published price in the add-ons list, and the clock pauses while it is agreed, confirmed by email the same day.

Why does Custom System need a Blueprint?

Because a 30-working-day build cannot start from a vague brief. A Blueprint takes 3 working days and costs 4,500 AED. In it we map your workflow with the people who run it and write the Custom System scope: the application layer, the integrations and the roles, with the fixed price and the timeline. If you go ahead, the Blueprint is deducted in full from the Custom System price.

What decides the price of a store?

An E-commerce Store starts at AED 25,000 and is quoted from there. Brand, copy, SEO and the CRM are included, along with the catalogue, cart and checkout, regional payments (Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay and cards), order emails and invoices. What moves the number is the size of the catalogue, how much of the content we write or shoot, and how many systems the store has to talk to. A store's scope is known in advance, so it needs no Blueprint: we scope it, write the price down, and from then on it is fixed. Paid 50 / 50, once the scope is fixed in writing, live in From 20 working days.

Does Care start on its own?

Yes: Care starts at handover unless you opt out in writing. The clause is in the build contract from day one, and it is on this page so that nobody meets it for the first time at handover.

What happens to Care after the six-month minimum?

Care has a six-month minimum, paid monthly in advance. At month six we review those six months with you, from the monthly reports, and that review, not the contract date, decides what happens next.

How do I pay?

A Business Website and the Blueprint are paid in full upfront. Brand + Website is paid 50 / 50. An E-commerce Store is paid 50 / 50, once the scope is fixed in writing, because half of a starting price is not a number. A Custom System is paid 40 / 30 / 30, with the Blueprint deducted in full from its price. Care is paid monthly in advance.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Every build is deployed to your own accounts, and the handover includes the credentials and a walkthrough video. The domain, the code and the data are yours.

Why is there no price for a mobile app?

Custom System does not include mobile apps. Apps are scoped in a Blueprint first and quoted in writing. There is no public price, because the scope decides it.
