Data Deletion Request
Last updated: July 2026
01 —What we may hold about you
If you have contacted us, we may hold your name, company, email, phone number, and the description of your enquiry, together with our correspondence about it. If you reached us through Instagram, that also includes the message thread and a short campaign code recording which post you came from. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information.
02 —How to request deletion
Email us from the address you contacted us with — or tell us which phone number or Instagram handle you used — and ask for deletion. One line is enough. Write to hello@pulamedia.com.
If you cannot email from the original address, we may ask one question to confirm the request is really yours, so that nobody else can delete your record.
03 —What happens next
We confirm receipt within a few business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once it is done, we delete the enquiry, the contact record, and our correspondence, and we remove the record from our internal systems and backups on their next cycle.
04 —What we may have to keep
Where we have invoiced you, accounting and tax law requires us to retain the invoice and the minimum details attached to it for the statutory period. We keep only that, we stop using it for anything else, and we delete it when the period ends. We will tell you if this applies to you.
05 —Instagram and Meta
If you interacted with our Instagram account, you can delete the conversation from your side in Instagram at any time — that removes it from your inbox. To have our copy removed as well, send us the request above. Removing our copy does not affect any data Meta holds under its own policies.
