What it is not
- Not a retainer for new features. A bigger piece of work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts.
- Not marketing. Care keeps the site running and the measurement honest; running ads is separate work, scoped and priced on its own.
- Not unlimited. Each tier includes a set number of hours a month, and unused hours do not roll over.
