The challenge

Recruitment offices needed a single system to run their day-to-day work, but each office needed its own private workspace and data. The product had to feel native in Arabic and work as comfortably on a phone as on a desktop.

What we did

Designed a multi-tenant architecture where every office gets an isolated workspace and its own subdomain.

Built the core operating tools: a stage-based CRM, invoicing, and contract management.

Designed the entire interface Arabic-first, with right-to-left as the primary layout.

Shipped a companion mobile app with push notifications so teams stay in sync on the move.
